October 10/22/2019-Tayota Supreme
We had one of our first actual projects that happened over the week. About commercials and radio commercials how they grasp a audiences attention, hook lines, attention grabbers, benefits and so on. Anyways, my project was over a fake car dealership called Tayota Supreme. Anyways setting up the commercial was great, my script was nice and clean. Editing the entire speech was a challenge but a great learning experience. Anyways a downside was that a day prior to recording, I forgot to bring my written speech. Classic mistake right there for any student.
I had to quickly sum up my script by memory and write it down to speak for my commercial. Not exactly like the original but overall the script was okay. I remember accidentally deleting my project and had to go record again. That was a nightmare, however I caught up in time and submitted in time. Overall I liked this commercial project, it opened my eyes to how they're created, and influences on a different scale.

October 10/24/2019-Pre-ACT'S
Yesterday I had my pre-ACT for four hours in the gym. Pure torture I tell you, however it did help me see how difficult the tests can be. I am looking forward to a class for better test taking skills, learning. Today the freshman have their Pre-ACT, hope they'll survive that fiasco. Anyways onward towards the future.

November 11/20/2019-Commercial Project
My project over a fake peanut butter delivery called John H. Peanut was a blast! Filming/Recording, editing and so forth. A couple things stood out to me the most. Such as editing the audio and clips together in perfect harmony that was fun, yet challenging. Another was recording, one time I forgot to charge my camera. Had to wait an hour to record, another was the fact go figure accidentally deleted footage completely! Oh and another, when I was editing a section it was out of wack! I had recorded everything upside down horribly. Don't ask, please don't.
Anyways overall the project was fun and challenging in a way. How you record it, put it into one sequence. Oh even before that, import it into your computer was fun. Moving on from that, editing and fixing audio was lengthy. Afterwards the end result eventually mind you! It was great, the commercial was great, and well done to me at least. Of course it would be, I made it.

November 11/26/2019-Thanksgiving
Well only two days of school this week. That was great, however I have a test in History today over the triangular trade. The Aztecs, Incas and how they where wiped out by the Spaniards that type of thing. Besides that little test, my classes will be easy today that'll be fun. Also thanksgiving break of five days, that'll be nice. Happy Thanksgiving.

December 11/17/2019- 30-second-PSA
I worked on a group Public Service announcement(PSA) this past week. With my partner Leutica. Ours was over recycling and how it effects the ecosystem/Lives. Overall the production and making of this PSA was great. We started off getting shots and clips for the production. That was my job anyways, whilst Leutica got the Script and facts ready for editing. When the clips where done, we exported them into Primere Pro. The assembly of the Public Service Announcement was fast and easy really. With the help of Mr.Holt we fixed all of the minor issues and got it rocking. Actually nothing really bad or surprising happened with this one. The Public Service Announcement turned out great also! So that's good, christmas is coming up shortly too. So happy holidays people!

January 1/14/2020- Back in school
Back in school since last week, it feels good to be back really. I'd rather be here then doing nothing really. Plenty of work to be done, and learning at that. Vacation however was interesting, for the holidays we went to my grandmas house. Which is two states away alas it was a long trip. Traveling through Kansas, Nebraska(The entirety of it) and a little section of Iowa. The trip was long and boring, a little over five hundred miles. Long trip for a full family, my siblings where constantly bothering me. Oh well, by the time we got there it was close to dark. The stay was great and meeting family. Overall, going back home was the worst part. Anyways, week and a half later back in school! The second semester will be a good one hopefully. There will be plenty of projects and assignments to keep me busy no doubt. Have a good day!

January 1/29/2020- Second-PSA
The second PSA for the school year I've done. This one went really well, no technical issues besides Premiere pro giving us the spinney ball of death one time. I edited the entire video whilst leticia shot the video. Using the middle school for our cyber bullying Public service announcement worked out well. Great setting for the announcement, whilst not being to difficult doing. Getting shots of all the rooms was great, no issues there. For editing, That was fun my part in the entire thing. Adding transitions and multiple different screen effects. Whilst rendering for screen shaking was interesting. Toning the black and white into a full color scale was fun to make. Giving the switch a small color glitch making that transition pop. Moving on from that, at one point the computer saved the project to a different folder in no mans land, (Deep in extra files) that took about fifteen minutes to find. Once that was found, I realized that the audio was way lower than it should have been. Having to go into the audio gain and mixer that was fixed after awhile.
The project was great besides those little setbacks. Overall the project was well put together, only minor fixes that we need to do. Besides that it was awesome making and putting this together. From the shots, to overall large portion of editing. It may not look like a lot was done to it. Just look at the history of the project, so much for tiny details and light adjustments went into it. Great project, loved working on it.

February 2/12/2020- Scary clip
This clip was just a fun little scary thing we had to throw together. I really had nothing planned to be honest so I've pulled together what was able. Making a small video about a person walking through an abandoned area and someone was following them more closely than usual. Nothing really that complex just some fixed audio corrections and fading was all this really needed to be effective. Some camera shakiness was needed to get the effect the person was moving. All in all, I liked this video for its simpleness. Nothing really complex, but definitely gets the point across.

March 3/12/2020- Chase scene
Making a chase scene was interesting nonetheless. Having all of the different shots and maneuvers to make it look like a good chase scene is key. Such as in my video we had different following shots, panning and static ones. All combined makes it look flow properly with little to no issue. The running and audio was smooth with a touch of music. Wish more projects like this turned out as perfectly with little to no problems. Editing wasn't bad only small touch ups in the audio and recording. Nothing Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition couldn't handle. Moving on from that fallowing maneuvers I abandoned because the shots would be way too shaky for my liking. However the positioning and overall tracking of the chase was fun. Figuring out the best place to shoot from and the trajectory of the camera so theirs no clipping involved. Overall the project was fun and easy with little to know problems. Besides having to update the quality and retaking some shots that didn't match or where to shaky. Loved working on this project, super fun and easy. Have a good spring break out there to you school people!
